All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, failure to use the Service, changes in personal circumstances, or account suspension due to violation of the Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation of a paid subscription, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in the billing period. Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
If you cancel during a free trial, access to the Service ends immediately upon cancellation. No paid features will be available after a free trial cancellation.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorize FS Parlay Genie to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
FS Parlay Genie reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or tier structures with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
